Each team comprises of graphic designers, proof readers, quality controllers and group leads led by production leads and shift managers. By structuring the teams this way, we are able to allow specific focus areas within a job for each individual ensuring continuous gains in productivity, efficiency and exponential learning of the client’s expectations.

The teams truly study the clients, set-up specific training, build a knowledge base from all the work received to use for future reference and document best practices ensuring continuity at all times.

We also provide a 24-hour customer support team that liaises with clients and our design production team keeping an open channel of communication always.
