


Gopal is a media industry veteran, visionary and serial entrepreneur. He brings extensive content production, digitization and BPO expertise to 2adpro. Gopal founded 2adpro in 2006 with a vision to build a world leading multi-media advertising service company.
Prior to starting 2adpro, Gopal launched a company called Ninestars in 1999 as a content digitization company. In less than ten years, Ninestars became a leader in digital archiving and content transformation segment. Gopal has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Madras University.

Todd is a respected and award-winning leader in the US newspaper industry. He has had a successful career in the media and advertising space during which he led large advertising organizations, merger and acquisition activity, marketing and other functions at two of the largest newspapers in the US. Todd has the drive and passion to exceed customer expectations. He founded 2adpro to help the media industry revitalize itself through innovation and delivery of advertising products and services.
Todd has over 16 years of experience in the publishing industry. In Knight-Ridder he was Senior Vice-President / Sales & Marketing for Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc., and recognized in 2001 as Knight-Ridder's top advertising executive. In Tribune he served as Senior Vice-President / Advertising at the Los Angeles Times before starting 2adpro. Todd has an MBA in Marketing from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and an undergraduate degree from Hobart College in Geneva, NY.
Kartic is a seasoned executive with a strong service delivery and customer support background in the publishing services outsourcing industry. He brings a strong operational discipline and customer focus to 2adpro. His areas of expertise include building efficient offshore solutions delivery models, process engineering and organization design.
Prior to joining 2adpro, Kartic was responsible for the delivery of services and solutions at RR Donnelley where he managed account transitions, implementations and solutions design. Kartic has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University in Chennai, India.
Badri is a dynamic executive with 16 years of corporate experience across a broad range of financial functions including Strategic Planning, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Compliance, and Budgeting.
Badri specializes in developing financial models for key strategic initiatives and has a passion for Cost Accounting. Using Cost Accounting, he has helped other companies and 2adpro improve their efficiency by closely working with Operations in identifying areas of cost reduction and bringing in process improvements. As an early leader in 2adpro, he has developed most of the company’s financial reporting and budgetary control systems. He is a strong believer of bringing continuous improvement in processes leading to "Customer Delight," and has worked hard at 2adpro to bring that same spirit to our customers.
Before joining 2adpro, Badri was with Lason, a Healthcare and Publishing BPO, where he designed and developed a very strong Business support system for several onsite locations of Lason in U.S., China and Mexico.
Badri holds a Degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune.
Laura is a well-respected professional with vast marketing experience, possessing in-depth knowledge in the retail advertising arena. Laura has first-hand marketing communications leadership experience at some of America’s most prestigious retailers.
Prior to joining 2adpro, Rutenis served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Macy’s Midwest, a division of Macy’s, Inc. where she was responsible for strategy and creative services including print production for a 9-state region and Hecht’s Department Store, a division of the former May Department Store Company. Prior to that she held various advertising roles at May Company stores. Most recently, she worked as a marketing consultant for Northwest Wines Company just outside of Portland, Oregon. She earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing from the University of Florida.
In addition to his extensive print background, Steven Barth has been a digital entrepreneur since 1996. As Vice President at United Publishers he launched AOL’s first online yellow pages service on the West Coast. Following that he led the Los Angeles Times’ effort to establish and grow such brands as cars.com, careerbuilder.com and latimes.com. During his tenure, LA Times Interactive transformed from a fledgling dotcom to a highly profitable, award-winning news and information site. As Vice President of Interactive at Freedom Communications, Barth spearheaded a new search engine marketing program for local retailers and service businesses and led the employment innovation team in securing an enterprise-wide partnership with Monster.com.
More recently Barth co-founded and launched LocalLook, a startup that provides media companies with a turnkey toolkit for their small business advertisers to market themselves on the web and mobile devices. Barth earned his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Southern California. A native Californian, he resides in Long Beach, California with his wife Amy.
Rob Andrews has spent 20 years building brands for international clients both at blue chip agencies and whilst running his own agency, R&D&Co.
Before joining 2adpro, Andrew worked in India as Creative Director of both Fitch in Mumbai and Ray + Keshavan | The Brand Union in Bangalore, creating brands and leading projects for major retailers like Gitanjali and Shoppers Stop, FMCG manufacturers including Nestlé, banks, universities and a broad range of industrial clients.
He graduated from Central Saint Martins in London in 1994 and began his career at Newell and Sorrell (later to become Interbrand London), creating brands for Cable & Wireless, Invensys, The British Museum and British Airways amongst others.
At R&D&Co he created transformational work for Hachette, The London Design Festival, STA Travel and London’s Old Vic theatre, the company winning awards both for design craft and brand strategy.
