Discovery

This is a process during which we fully understand your creative and technical requirements, workflow and technology. Discovery is completed using a production survey and interviews. The result of the discovery process is a standard operating procedure that will be reviewed and signed off by you.

Setup

After the discovery is complete; we configure our systems and identify the team that is best suited to handle your work. The team is trained in your specific requirements. We also provide training for your team that will be working with 2adpro.

Ramp up

We work closely with you to develop a ramp-up schedule that makes sense. Your ramp-up period can be as short as two weeks or as long as ten weeks depending on the size and complexity of the engagement. During ramp-up, we will collaborate with you to make sure that your expectations are being met.

Production

This is the final stage of implementation. At this stage, we are handling the entire volume of work that you plan to outsource.
